Who We Are

"911 for 911"
Commonwealth 911 Peer Support is a Crisis Intervention and Peer Support team which operates within the Massachusetts State Peer Support Network. We are the first and only team comprised of all 911 Emergency Telecommunicators within the Network.
Our team of volunteer, Critical Incident Responders includes both current and former 911 Emergency Telecommunicators. We provide debriefings, diffusions, and one-on-one services 24/7, 365 and are supported by clinicians trained in first responder trauma.
